Chef and co-owner Jackson Kalb has worked in kitchens since age 13. The list of prestigious kitchens he’s worked at includes Melisse Restaurant, Joel Robuchon, Alinea, Union Square Cafe, Hillstone Restaurant Group, and Factory Kitchen.

After 7 years at Hillstone Restaurant Group, partner co-owner Melissa Saka’s lack of enthusiasm for rigid corporate structure gave her the motivation to create a truly exceptional guest experience.
