We are taking precautions to ensure the safety of our incredible staff

and amazing guests.

 

We ask that you support us in the fight against COVID-19 by refraining from visiting us if you are feeling ill or are experiencing any symptoms.

 

Masks are required. You may remove your mask at the table to eat or drink but we kindly ask that you replace your mask when a staff member approaches your table, you get up for any reason, or come inside.

A maximum of 6 guests (and from 3 different households max) are allowed per table.

 

We are doing our part by:

  • enforcing face masks, face shields and gloves for all staff

  • sanitizing POS terminals, card readers, pens & check presenters after every transaction

  • checking staff temperatures

  • providing touchless sanitizer

  • sanitizing all outdoor tables & chairs after every guest departure

  • providing single use & QR code menus

Workshop uses local, market-driven ingredients to create an outstanding restaurant experience. We serve salads, sandwiches, hand-rolled pastas and our take on Liguria's focaccia di recco.

Chef/Owner Jackson Kalb has worked in kitchens since age 13. He started at Melisse Restaurant, then worked at Joel Robuchon, Alinea, Union Square Cafe, Hillstone Restaurant Group, and Factory Kitchen.

Partner/Owner Melissa Saka has run dining rooms for over 14 years. After 7 years at Hillstone Restaurant Group, Melissa's lack of enthusiasm for rigid corporate structure gave her the motivation to create a truly exceptional guest experience for Jame.
